Welcome to Decor Deluxe. We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered within South Africa.

Delivery Areas

Decor Deluxe currently ships to addresses within South Africa only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and product availability.

In-Store Collection

Customers may select the In-Store Collection option during checkout.

  • Collection preparation time: 1–2 business days
  • Customers will receive notification once the order is ready for collection.
  • A valid order confirmation and identification may be required upon collection.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The size and weight of your order
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Any active promotions or free shipping offers

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Courier details
  • Tracking instructions

Customers with a Decor Deluxe account may also track orders through their account dashboard.


Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Decor Deluxe will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control

For security purposes, certain high-value or luxury items may require:

  • Signature upon delivery
  • Identity verification
  • Special handling procedures

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
